1 Hour Group Lesson - CURRENT STUDENTS

Cancellation Policy

Please be advised of our cancellation policy as we work very hard to schedule you in an individual time slot. By booking your appointment with us, we are withholding that service and appointment from anyone else. Out of respect for our instructors and other students, please provide 24-hour notice if you are unable to make your designated appointment time. In the event that you cannot provide a 24-hour notice of cancellation, your lesson price will NOT be refunded. We are aware that there are unforeseen circumstances and emergencies. We will do our best to reschedule your lesson or add you to a group lesson OR offering a make-up lesson day each month. Canceled lessons must be made up within 30 days of the missed lesson. In the event that your instructor cancels your lesson, you will be rescheduled or given a designated make up day. In the event of bad weather where it is raining or the ground is wet/ muddy and therefore unsafe to ride, we will have a “barn lesson.” These lessons are done from the ground where we learn other aspects of horsemanship to be determined by the instructor. In the event of extreme inclement weather where there are tornado warnings or lightning present, your lesson will be canceled and either rescheduled or refunded.
